Overview
We represent businesses and individuals in disputes that touch the core of their commercial lives. Most of our litigation practice is focused on the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, with a parallel commitment to alternative dispute resolution where it serves the client’s interests.
Our approach
Litigation is expensive, disruptive, and frequently avoidable. Our first question is always strategic: what is the client actually trying to achieve, how long can they afford to wait, and what set of outcomes would count as “good enough”? From there we build the case — aggressively when the facts call for it, patiently when the better play is to wait.
