Seth Freedman is a founding partner of FBW LLP. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and advisory work for closely held businesses, with particular depth in contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership matters, and complex commercial negotiations.
Seth represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario, from the Superior Court of Justice to the Court of Appeal, and routinely works with business owners long before a dispute arises — helping them document, structure, and de‑risk the arrangements that matter most.
