Draft practice description — to be finalised with the firm.
Overview
We act for both employers and individual employees, adapting our approach to the party we represent on a given matter. For employers, we draft and refresh the documents that matter most — employment agreements, policies, termination letters — and advise on day‑to‑day workplace questions. For employees, we review offers and severance packages, negotiate departures, and litigate when the circumstances warrant it.
Ontario employment law is unusually unforgiving of sloppy drafting. Many of the disputes we see stem from a single line in an old template that was never updated. We help clients fix those lines before they become expensive.
