Perry Benipal is a founding partner of FBW LLP, with a practice that bridges residential and commercial real estate, wills and estate planning, and immigration law. He serves individuals, families, and small businesses across the Greater Toronto Area — frequently guiding clients through their first home purchase, their first business, and their first estate plan as part of one continuing relationship.
Perry is known for his approachability and his ability to translate dense legal mechanics into plain language. He is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and works with a large South Asian client base across the GTA — including from the firm’s Oakville and Toronto offices.
