Why FBW
FBW LLP was built on a shared observation: that the legal profession in the Greater Toronto Area had grown larger and more specialised, but for many individuals and business owners, it had also grown harder to simply find a lawyer who would listen, explain, and stay with them over time.
We started this firm to offer something different. Three founding partners — Seth Freedman, Perry Benipal, and Greg Wu — each with a distinct practice and a long list of clients who have followed us across offices and across the arc of their lives. Together, with our broader team, we cover the questions that matter most to families, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses.
